WWII US Army, Air Force Cloth Escape Maps x 2, some times referred to as “silk maps”, map no.30,31 & 34,35, very good condition.(2) The maps were carried by pilots flying propeller planes over this area of the war zone in the 1940’s and intended to be useful to a pilot whose plane crashed and he needed a means to plot an escape on the ground. Pretty general, very lightweight but still useful.
